I’m out of network and don’t bill insurance, but I’ll provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. I take HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards, cash, and checks. We’ll talk through fees on the consultation call.
The calendar runs on Eastern Time. Colorado clients — it’s two hours ahead of Mountain, so a 3:00 p.m. MT appointment shows up as the 5:00 p.m. slot.
Because I’m an out-of-network provider with Medicaid, our sessions would be self-pay. If you choose to work with me, I’ll ask you to sign a Medicaid private contract form before we begin. I’m happy to walk you through it and answer any questions.
Under the No Surprises Act, out-of-network clinicians provide a Good Faith Estimate of costs. Read the notice.
